With over 20 years in business and still Australia’s largest mobile car detailer why would you look anywhere else? Here’s why so many have chosen a Car Care franchise as their chosen business:
1. Car Care franchise owners purchase their own exclusive area which is negotiated with the local Master Franchisor.
2. Training is given in all aspects of car detailing before the new franchise owner starts. There’s also an Operations Manual which can be used as a helpful guide.
3. Customers telephone the state based booking office and these enquiries are passed on to the franchise owner in that area. In this way, the customer gets an immediate response to their questions and our franchise owners can get on and make money.
4. All new franchisees attend an intensive residential training course where they receive training in all aspects of running a successful business as well as the technical skills required to be a good detailer. With around 100 franchisees out in the field you also have a ready source of expertise to call on if you get stuck. You’re in control, but Car Care is always there to help.

5. The system works. It’s been refined over the years so that the right people are in the right jobs, the right marketing strategies are in place, and there are adequate financial resources. It’s a well-established and professional organisation, that’s well on its way to becoming Australia’s preferred mobile car detailing operation.
Servicing an expanding market
Businesses and individuals are looking for professional detailing of not only cars, but trucks, motorcycles, boats and caravans. Once you have the skills, you can very quickly generate a flow of regular customers. In this business, (your business), you have the advantage of low overheads, mobility, and flexible working hours.
Getting started
Once you have your own van, it will be fully equipped with a water container, power generator, and an extensive range of equipment so you can provide a professional service. It means you’re self-contained and can go anywhere, whether it’s at a customer’s home or office. “We come to you” is the benefit that makes Car Care such an attractive service to busy car owners. Once you’re up and running with regular customers you can start to build up your own network and expand to whatever level you wish.
Future Growth
More and more people are becoming ‘time-poor’. They work long hours, they travel longer distances, and their leisure time becomes more and more precious. This has brought about the extraordinary growth in the service industry. Australians are willing to rely on professionals to do many of the tasks they can no longer squeeze into their busy schedule. They want to be able to take care of their car, but finding the time to clean it is the problem. That’s where you come in. Detailing a car to the high standard people want and are willing to pay for means having the right equipment and the knowledge that guarantees satisfaction. We’ll give you that knowledge and train you to be a professional detailer in the use of the equipment.
Here’s how it works
For one low investment (plus van and equipment lease) you own a Car Care exclusive franchise territory. It’s your territory and bookings in that area are phoned through from our central office. It means you have customers from day one and this builds as you get into your own routine. You’re on your way to being in control of your life.
Low-cost entry, customers are provided, and you have constant back-up.
Life as a Car Care franchise owner means you’re part of an international network that’s been established for over twenty years and keeps getting stronger. You’re in charge of when you go to work and when you relax. It’s your business and you’ll be given proper training and support to help you make it a success. This is a business where you hit the ground running, and you have plenty of scope to build it to whatever level suits your lifestyle.
Don’t take our word for it, hear what our Franchise Owners have to say:
What is the best part of your day as a Car Care Franchisee?
Hearing people say “Wow, it hasn’t looked that good since the day I bought it!” or when they say “I don’t think I want to sell it now” after the car they were going to sell has been detailed and they see how great it still looks.

What are the benefits of being a Car Care Franchisee?
Car Care has given me the opportunity to own my own business whilst doing a job I have always enjoyed as a hobby. I now look forward to getting up every morning and going to work doing a job I am passionate about.
Brad – Car Care Vic – Bendigo
Being chosen to detail the Audi sport car range at the final of their Australia wide Golf tournament. Not only did I get to detail these beautiful and very expensive cars, but I was able to actually drive these cars, (even though it was only a short distance).

What attracted you to a Car Care franchise?
I looked at a couple of other groups and they didn’t seem to have the same level of professionalism. Car Care were very transparent with what they told me and said they would offer a lot of support at the start, they certainly delivered on that and more. I have been with Car Care for over 2 years now and with their assistance the whole way thru my business is starting to really take off
Talking of challenges what has been your biggest as a Car Care franchisee?
My biggest problem (though not anymore) was keeping focused on those especially dirty vehicles that needed a lot of work as I would start something and see something else that needed my attention and I wouldn’t complete what I was doing. I definitely learnt that by sticking to the processes in the correct way I ended up with a better outcome for the customer and I was getting the job done quicker!
Ok lastly Shayne what is the most unique job you have done?
I had a job where a customer had covered his car in carpet (not all of it on the outside but over bumpers etc). Inside he had covered the floor all the door trim even the seats, he told me he was an artist (I thought thats great but you didn’t have to practise on your car!). I told him it was going to cost more because of all the extra shampooing! He wasn’t overly happy but once I had finished he actually apologised to me, as he didn’t think it would come up as good as it did.

What are the benefits of being a Car Care Franchisee?
In my previous life I was a ceiling fixer in the building trade and wanted something that gave me more control over my life. Car Care gives me the flexibility to pursue my passions. In my spare time I love to fish, and I am a great believer in putting back into the community with my other passion being a volunteer fire fighter and having my own business certainly allows me to do that
Car Care Rockingham, Mario.
What do you love about being a Car Care Franchisee?
Since starting at Car care I have begun doing all the Fremantle Dockers Cars (great footy team and bunch of guys)
What were you doing before and what attracted you to the Car Care franchise?
I was a Coles manager for many years getting stressed out and not getting paid for the effort put in for all the long hours, I went courier driving for about 3 months but again for all the effort my bank account still didn’t look great! So when I saw what could be done it was a no brainer, just wishing I had done it years earlier.
