What attracted you to the Car Care franchise?

I was attracted to the Car Care franchise because of the size of the company, ie they were likely to be there for the long haul, and not close down overnight. Car Care was a well-known brand and I felt confident with the quality of service that they provide.

What locations or areas do you service?

Having operated Car Care Welshpool for the past 8 years, I have been providing mobile car detailing to Welshpool and surrounding areas over this time, and with a combination of regular clients and repeat work, I am kept busy with everything from customers with 1 car that requires a regular clean once a week, to large corporate customers with up to 25 vehicles that require detailing.

What has been your biggest challenge as a Car Care franchisee?

One of the biggest challenges I face every year is the annual caravan and camping show where 3 of my corporate customers (Nissan, Mitsubishi and Kia) have approximately 40 vehicles on display between them and require Car Care to prepare the vehicles before the show, and to maintain the vehicles to a high standard over the 3 day event. Its hard work, but we get the call every year, so we must be doing something right.

Being a keen golfer, a big benefit of being a Car Care Franchisee is the ability to organise your working hours around your lifestyle, and I try to get away early at least once a week to get a quick nine holes in after work.
